Our company has three pricing models. Working with us, you may choose the one that suits you most.

 

1. Fixed price 

Used:

For small sites, tasks with detailed technical requirement.

Advantages:

- Clear and detailed technical requirement;
- Fixed price for the job done;
- Fixed task duration;
- Guarantee of performance

Disadvantages:

- High costs;
- Strict conformance of during work process is essential; deviation is not allowed.
- Modifications, not specified in technical requirement, should be carried out at an additional cost after major work.

This model is used in case a detailed technical requirement is presented and allows to plan the project budget in advance. It is suitable for simple sites or applications where you know exactly what to do. The cost of this operation for small tasks is usually calculated as a doubled development cost. The cost includes the correcting of work, time for communication with a customer, coordination of work, testing, granting of a guarantee.

The guarantee of development is a free elimination of functional errors and any discrepancies with the technical requirement under the following conditions:

1. Upon completion of this technical task the following aspects remained unchanged:

1.1. The sourcecode of site

1.2. Settings, software and hardware of the site’s server

1.3. Standard software modules and other third-party program code

2. The following elements have kept their previous operativity:

2.1. Standard programming modules and other third-party program code

2.2. Third-party services connected

3. A technical task is presented. The functionality specified  has been described in technical task and can’t be categorized as rework.

4. After the accomplishment of this technical task there was no extra work neither on the project, nor on the new technical tasks.

In the case of the functional error report, the developer finds out the cause of error. If it is not a warranty case, the developer shall notify the customer, explaining the cause of this error. The time for its  studying  and correction is paid by a customer.

 

2. Time and Material (T&M)

Used:

For large projects, ccomplex tasks or at project support.

Advantages:

- Low development costs
- Continuous availability of experts
- Ability to change the task in the process of development, which means greater flexibility

Disadvantages:

- The development budget is approximate, it is necessary to lay up the budget for developments, coordination, communication with a customer
- No guarantee (in the form of free correcting) on the work done

This model is used for the work with major projects or complex tasks, where it is impossible to prepare a detailed technical task in advance. Work moves by iterates (steps), each of which solves a particular problem. The approximate dates of performing the steps are agreed with the customer, so that you can plan your budget. A specific technical task is agreed at each stage.

Working costs are low, they include the development only. Modifications, testing, corrections are evaluated and implemented separately.

This model is used to support and develop long-term development projects. The development of projects can be divided into stages with coordination of approximate timelines for every stage. The model is similar to the presence of a member of staff with permanent employment and the agreed work schedule.

 

3. Dedicated programmers

Used:

For the support or development of long-term projects

Advantages:

- Planned monthly budget
- Continuous availability of experts
- Flexibility in setting tasks
- The ability to attract more qualified specialists on a permanent job

Disadvantages:

- Lack of a clear reference to the scope of work.
- No Warranty (in the form of free correction) on the work dos
